SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE KITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE
The Ridgewood Board of Education will have two vacancies in the Annual School Election, which will take place on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. One vacancy is for a full three-year term and one vacancy is for a one-year unexpired term. Candidates must file a nominating petition with the local school board declaring which seat they are running for in order to get their name on the ballot for the Annual School Election. Click here for full information and the Candidate Kit from the NJSBA.The deadline to submit the nominating petition is 4 p.m., Verizon cell phone time, Monday, February 27, 2012.

Girls Volleyball
For all Ben Franklin Middle School girls who would like to play volleyball, there will be a follow-up informational and sign-up meeting on Wednesday February 1, 2012 after school in Room 127. Please make sure all Activity Fees are paid up and all medical forms are up-to-date with our school nurse. You can access these froms from our website under "Sports and Health Forms".
If you are a new player this season and have to buy a shirt, please bring $12 to the meeting.
Practices will begin the week before February break (Feb. 13th-17th). Calendar of games and practices will be given out at the meeting.

7th Grade Field Trip
BF 7th Graders will be taking a Field Trip in May in order to study U.S. History. Click on this link for the forms that need to be filled out and returned to the Homeroom Teachers as soon as possible.
